Roof renovation & maintenance
Leaks, ageing flashing, or a roof that's been neglected for years? We find the real cause and repair or renovate it on the spot — often in a single visit.
A client's story
- 1
Situation
A family kept finding a damp patch on a bedroom ceiling after every rainfall, and two earlier quotes proposed rebuilding a large section of the roof.
- 2
Task
They wanted the real cause found and fixed, not an expensive guess.
- 3
Action
The team accessed the roof by rope, traced the leak to a single cracked flashing seam around the chimney, sealed and reinforced it, and checked the rest of the roof while up there.
- 4
Result
The leak stopped after one visit, the family saved the cost of a full roof rebuild, and the chimney flashing now carries a multi-year guarantee.
