This policy explains how we handle the personal data you submit through the contact form, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, 2016/679).

When you fill in the contact form you provide:

Phone number
The selected service
The message text

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use this data solely to answer your enquiry and to provide a quote. The legal basis is your consent and pre-contractual steps (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and (b)).

4. Retention period

We retain the data until the matter is closed, and for no longer than 24 months from your enquiry, unless a law requires longer retention. (TODO: confirm the actual retention period.)

5. Processors and third parties

We currently use no third-party analytics or tracking tools. Our hosting provider may process basic technical logs (e.g. IP address) to operate the site. Messages sent via the form are forwarded to the controller by email.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

request access to your data,
request its correction,
request its deletion,
withdraw your consent.
