These terms set out the general conditions under which the provider supplies its services to the customer.
1. Scope of services
The provider carries out industrial rope-access work: facade renovation and painting, facade hazard removal, roof renovation and maintenance, metal-structure repair and welding, and hazardous tree removal.
2. The quote process
The ordering process is as follows:
- Contact (by phone or through the form)
- On-site survey
- A fixed, written quote
- Carrying out the work at the agreed time
- Handover of the completed work
3. Payment terms
The method and schedule of payment are set out in the individual quote. Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due after completion, based on the issued invoice. (TODO: confirm the actual payment terms.)
4. Liability and guarantee
The provider guarantees the work carried out. The provider is not liable for damage arising from incorrect information supplied by the customer, inadequate preparation of the work area, or unavoidable external causes (force majeure).
5. Governing law
These terms and the relationship between the parties are governed by Hungarian law.
